In a candid LinkedIn post, Charlesworth cited the need for a more manageable work-life balance, having found his previous schedule of alternating between three weeks on-site and three weeks remote to be unsustainable.

Despite his transition from the top management role, Charlesworth maintained a close working relationship with Martirosyan, staying abreast of the company’s developments. Under Martirosyan’s leadership, Imagine Live experienced impressive growth, doubling its live casino tables from 50 to over 100 and expanding its workforce from 500 to over 1,000 employees.
