React Gaming Expands Horizons with Isle of Man-Licensed Launch of Loot.Bet

In a strategic move to enhance its competitive position in the lucrative gambling market, React Gaming has officially launched its Isle of Man-licensed esports betting platform through its subsidiary, Loot.Bet. This development comes on the heels of React’s acquisition of Livestream Gaming, the former owner of Loot.Bet, in April, marking a significant shift as the company rebranded from Intema to React.

The official launch took place on July 31, with plans underway to transition a majority of Loot.Bet’s existing customer base under the new Isle of Man licence. Previously, the operator operated under a licence from Curaçao, which is currently undergoing substantial regulatory reforms that could impact operations.

Leigh Hughes, Chief Executive of React Gaming, emphasized the significance of this transition, stating, “This is truly a huge step forward for Loot.Bet’s expansion plans in both the B2C and B2B sectors. By offering cutting-edge betting solutions, we can also provide extensive white-label options, enabling us to broaden Loot.Bet’s international footprint and bolster our brand presence in the esports arena.”

In June, React made a notable appointment by elevating Hughes to the role of interim CEO, positioning him to steer the company through its next phase of growth. This leadership change aligns with the company’s vision to innovate and adapt within the dynamic landscape of esports betting.

Additionally, React has initiated trading on the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States, opening new avenues for investment and partnership opportunities. This move not only amplifies React’s visibility in the U.S. market but also strategically aligns with evolving trends in the global gambling sector.

As the esports betting industry continues to mature, React Gaming’s commitment to regulatory compliance and strategic expansion positions Loot.Bet as a prominent player in this burgeoning field. By leveraging its Isle of Man licence, React aims to capitalize on the increasing popularity of esports, providing gamers with sophisticated and engaging betting experiences while enhancing its overall market reach.
