Casino Guru Awards 2025 evaluation phase begins
The Casino Guru Awards 2025 have reached a pivotal moment: evaluation time. On April 22 and 23, our distinguished panel of judges will engage in online evaluation calls with all shortlisted candidates across various award categories.
The 30-minute sessions provide a unique platform for nominees to showcase their work, articulate the vision behind their nominations, and engage in meaningful dialogue with our expert judges.
Interactive, Insightful, Impactful
The evaluation calls, now a hallmark of the Casino Guru Awards process, transcend the review of nomination forms. They emphasize a human connection, enabling judges to hear directly from the innovators, leaders, and visionaries driving advancements in the iGaming industry.
This year’s evaluation process features two panels of judges, comprised of both internal Casino Guru experts and external professionals who excel in the iGaming space. While written nominations provide a foundational overview, the calls facilitate exploration of key areas in depth, allowing judges to assess how each nominee exemplifies the core values of the Casino Guru Awards: fairness, transparency, innovation, and social responsibility.

A Fair and Rigorous Selection Process
All shortlisted candidates will be evaluated through these live sessions, a crucial component of the final voting process. Following the calls, judges will have time to reflect and reassess, utilizing both written materials and insights gleaned during the interviews before casting their anonymous votes.
In line with previous years, each judge will allocate three points among the candidates in each category. The winners will then be determined through a transparent point-counting process.
Importantly, nominees who are unable to join the calls remain eligible for victory; however, participation presents a valuable opportunity to directly advocate for their nominations and distinguish themselves. The process is intentionally designed to honor engagement, preparedness, and integrity.

Excitement is building for the Casino Guru Awards 2025 Gala Ceremony, set to be a live, invite-only event at the prestigious Hilton Hotel in St. Julian’s, Malta, on June 6, 2025. Here, winners across all categories will be unveiled, marking a grand celebration of responsibility and achievement in the iGaming sector.
In addition to the judge-assessed categories, the Players’ Choice and Voice of the People awards are currently open for public voting—reinforcing the Awards’ commitment to integrating industry expertise with real-world impact.
